The purpose of this research was to predict the affect of the job satisfaction of the blue collar group on their life satisfaction and burn out Research data was collected in the scope of Job Satisfaction Scale Maslach Burnout Inventory and Life Satisfaction Scale Data analyzed with SPSS 13 0 program Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data According to the results of the statistical analysis a significant and positive relationship was found between job satisfaction and life satisfaction The analysis of 3 sub dimensions of job satisfaction and burnout; a significant negative relationship at medium level with emotional exhaustion a significant and negative relationship with low level of depersonalization a significant and negative relationship at low level with personal success and size were found According to the statistical analysis within the blue collar workers the most predictive variable of job satisfaction was emotional exhaustion; and the next two variables were life satisfaction and depersonalization respectively Keywords: Blue collar Workers Job Satisfaction Burnout Life Satisfaction
