The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of new technologies on employment, production, productivity and wages at Turkish metalworking and textile industries levels. New technologies has started to be common at last decade in Turkish engineering industry and some sub-sectors such as metalworking and textile industries. Thus, this process has a positive impact on production and productivity at these sectors. On the other hand production and productivity increases do not turn back to workers as a wage increase and the fact is wages are determined by some social and political factors. At both sectors it cannot be seen any decreasing impact of new technologies on employment yet.
